First European race track for Formula E revealed

Rio de Janeiro was the first city in the world to welcome the FIA Formula E Championship.

The Mayor of the city of Rio de Janeiro, Mr. Eduardo Paes, the President of the Federation Internationale de Automobile (FIA), Mr. Jean Todt, Formula E Holdings CEO Alejandro Agag, and FEH anchor investor Enrique Bañuelos, the Governor of the State, Mr. Sergio Cabral and Formula E development driver, Lucas Di Grassi were all present to mark this moment on 24th August.

And today,  Saturday 1st December the first European city to host the race was announced on Corriere TV and @FIAFormulaE as being Rome, Italy.
